Should you have an issue which you would like to discuss please do not hesitate to contact any member of staff or Dr Edmonds so we can work together to resolve it for you.   For full details of our Complaint Resolution Procedure please download here.

In the event that a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the end of Stage 1 the complaint will be escalated to Stage 2 of the IDF Complaints Procedure as explained in the download above.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask our Practice Manager below.
