Healing Properties : Many: Mushrooms contain natural antibiotics similar to penicillin.  Lowers cholesterol and blood pressure, treats anaemia, beta-glucans and conjugated linoleic acid preventing prostate and breast cancer; linoleic acid suppresses excess oestrogen; prevents diabetes, improves bone health preventing osteoporosis and joint pain; assists nutrient absorption, boosts the immune system, increases iron absorption, rich in selenium strengthening teeth, hair and nails.  Effective in weight loss.
